  • Same story as everyone else warranty people sent someone out. A guy shows up at our house wearing strap sandals with socks a wife beater and has a 8 year old with him. I answered the door but did not think that this would be the actual service technician but it was!!! When I as we're the door the kid just walked in my house!!! And he says he is with Shmidts AC service. He drive some crappy pick up that didn't have a logo on it and wore nothing saying he was with Schmidts. Came in asked where the thermostat was I have two thermos not one which I told him he went outside for 5 minutes meanwhile his kid is trying to walk around my house like he lives here!!! ( I'm still in shock I mean the guy had socks with strap sandals lol!) He came back in after being outside for 5 minutes told me we had a leak and he filled it with freon and fixed the leak in 5 minutes. Said that our AC will work perfectly now and left after collecting my money. We still have the same problem same issue I don't think he did anything!! Total scam just like this home warranty scam!! I don't believe this company has any direct customers I believe they get all their customers from the home warranty people. Don't call these guys!!
