  • I have brought in my new puppy here, only because the Desert Ridge location did not have appointment open for a long time and i did not want to wait for a month to get my puppy seen. I made an appointment with Dr. Long as he is the one who was available for the time i picked. It was a great experience, front desk was little bit on the snotty side and short with their answers but Dr. Long and his assistance (whose name i cannot remember), they were great with their customer service and took the time to answer my questions. I was amazed to see how humble Dr. Long is. Since then i have been coming to see Dr. Long and i am in the process to switch my older dog that is at Desert ridge location to this one because of the doctor and the staff behavior. Great job!!! And I hope you all continue with your great customer service and making a difference for the people and their little furry animals!
