  • I was there Sunday evening for the 7pm David Copperfield show. The server I got was terrible, rude. I ordered popcorn and she asked "are you paying cash" I asked " you only take cash?" She said "no" ok, so then why ask that question if you take other forms of payment? She said "ok then I will need to take your card." Ok? She came back with the credit card ticket to sign, I knew I would be there for a couple of hours so I said I wanted to keep the tab open so I can order drinks or more snacks, she looked at me and said, "no, because I need to go on my break and I don't want anyone else to help you." Omg, seriously? I guess it was more important that she take her break and get the tip than providing me with a service I feel any customer would expect, I'm sure it's pretty standard to leave the tab open? I was left feeling very shocked and like I was in a low end diner. Very disappointed with that experience. The show was fab though!
