  • Stinking customer service and super disappointing repair value/timeline to say the least, thanks Ronnie...NOT! Bought my X6 in Dec last year and have now spent roughly 10K on 3 rounds of repairs with this dealership, yup, apparently it's stupid change for these guys from the service I've received so far. The first 2 visits were ordinary, Chad was nice enough and pretty fair I'd say. This last visit with Ronnie turned out to be a HUGE disappointment ---- took them over 3 weeks to get the repairs approved and completed, approx 7K worth. My NEW 'award winning' service advisor seemed too busy to update me regularly as promised, he tried a few times but it seemed it shouldn't have mattered since I had a loaner vehicle...whatever. Finally, the repairs were completed and he tells me that I owe them $125 (my warranty deductible is $50, I paid big bucks for it), the extra $75 was for shop supplies, an automatic add on charge that no other dealership charges on 'warranty covered' repairs, especially at that $$ level, I even called Benz dealership (where I service my other car) just to make sure if this was legit and sure enough, my advisor there was shocked that these guys would even try to pull such a distasteful stunt. They just HAD to charge me an extra $75 on 7K worth of repairs, wait, WHAT! And Ronnie didn't want to argue any further with me on trying to make sense of all this, it's company policy we can't just absorb this cost he says, JUST WOW!!! Well Ronnie, there is something WRONG with your company policy if I have to pay ANYTHING out of pocket over the deductible for this 3 week/7K fix, you're simply overcharging me if that's the case, no other luxury dealership does this and I even confirmed with my extended warranty company. AND to top it all, thanks for sending me off in a dirty car inside and out after 3 weeks in your shop...Im guessing that's probably an extra $15 of icing on the cake :-) Yes, it was a real pleasure doing business with you! Have a call in to the Service Manager Joe, will soon find out what kind of a shop he runs, these kinds of problems are usually systemic to the overall organization, doubt if he'll make it right. This dealership leaves much to be desired, I expected way more from the BMW name, at least tread on the same lines as BENZ, please go learn a thing or two from Fletcher Jones Mercedes next door, they can show you how to treat your customers right. I wish I could service my bimmer there, the difference in level of service and value is night and day, hell, I will ONLY buy a Benz ever after :-(((
