  • After signing a contract with them nearly a year ago telling them that our huge problem were scorpions they assured us they could take care of it... several months later we still had scorpions crawling on our kids backpacks, in kitchen drawers and on the floors. I repeatedly told them until I couldn't take it anymore. Cancelled contract, they came out sprayed our property again and charged the credit card on file. They said "we apologize for the miscommunication but we're going to have to get paid for the last time we sprayed". Unbelievable... oh but they were gracious enough to not charge us $120 to cancel our contract that they couldn't keep they end up on. Thanks Preventive. - Real special service.
