  • I love cycling and before my wife and two teenagers went to visit to Pittsburgh for a day and a half, my wife found Bicycle Heaven on the internet. It is less than 5 minutes up the street from the Carnegie Science Museum, and I can tell you it was almost as good. My entire family loved looking at all the bikes and the people are super friendly. I recommend to anyone they take an hour out of their day or vacation time to stop in to visit this hidden gem. Please note, that this museum is a work in progress and they are still in the process of finishing up a few rooms that are off the main museum room. It is also a little off the 'beaten path' and took a few extra minutes to find. However, my entire family walked out of the place amazed at the 3000+ bikes and parts they have on display. It is a definite 'must see'!!!
