Requested an early check in upon reserving our room, but since it wasn't guaranteed my bf and I arrived early anyways and thought we would give it a try. It was around 9a and the lady from the front desk informed us that there weren't any rooms available and that we should try again around 12-1p.
After getting breakfast and walking around Target which was just 2 blocks from the hotel, we were able to check in at 11:30a. I thought it was very convenient that their elevators in the parking garage directly lead you to your hotel floor without needing to step foot in the lobby. The parking garage became gated around 5p so you would need your key card to open the gate. My boyfriend and I arrived around (4am) one morning and noticed a man standing outside the corner of the hotel holding a bat. Freaked me out a bit, so we decided to drive around before opening the gate in case he invited himself in. The hotel location is off the strip so if you don't want to walk, having a car would be most helpful.
Our room was spacious, and I was more than content with our bathroom, however it took FOREVER for hot water to run in the sink. The shower was inconvenient for us because water drained super slow and it would flood to the bathroom floor. I had to use several towels to stop water from flowing everywhere. The shower stall was wheelchair accessible, so it only made sense that it was like that. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, but our sheets had yellow stains..The closet included a pin pad safe which was extremely helpful to have. Our floor (3) was always out of ice so my boyfriend had to go one floor up or one floor down to get ice.
The check out process was smooth and they definitely do not charge you with hidden (resort) fees. I wouldn't mind coming back here.
