rev:text	I would give it zero stars if I could. Smug, twenty somethings.....specifically a rep named Gage. Wouldn't even look up at me to hold a conversation about my issue. Like I said, smug, arrogant. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Making me re-think my whole relationship with Apple, which seems like it a company on the way down. Good job APPLE!
