I usually come to this Starbucks as it is in close proximity to my work. For the most part, they are decent as far as Starbucks quality and beverage expectations but lately this location has been steadily declining in quality of food service.
First offense, they forgot the sausage in my "sausage & cheddar" sandwich. Didn't realize it until I got to work. Couldn't make it back to location to return item.
Second offense - today I asked for extra blueberries in my oatmeal. Due to first offense, I keep checking to see if my order is correct. But again when I get to work and start adding in the ingredients in my oatmeal, I notice one package of blueberries looked old, molded, and an odor. Come to look at it, the expiration date was Nov. 5!! FYI, today is Nov 14. See picture.
Please Starbucks employees check the food and their respective expiration dates. Also, please include napkins with orders. I always have to ask for a napkin.I doubt I'll be ordering food from this location again.
