  • Food = excellent. Service = a whole lot to be desired. My friends and I stayed at the Sanctuary and decided to try out elements. The setting is gorgeous. The views can't be beat. The ambiance is divine. And all this is lost when it takes 20 minutes for your server to come take your drink order. I will say that if you are willing to deal with slow service, then this is the place for you. The food was EXCELLENT. But having to wait for service, it just lost its luster. All in all, please take a try. But just be prepared to wait your turn.
