  • This is the worst experience that i have ever had with an internet/phone company since i can remember. Customer service agents are rude and do not take the time to correct the problem. The technicians that come to the house do not correct the problem it is a waste of time. Then when you do get rid of their services they try to bill you for the unsatisfactory service that you will experience. Highly recommended no to even go near this company or contacting them. HORRIBLE. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
