I ordered the tonkatsu ramen. The broth was milky and relatively flavorful. It was a bit on the salty side. The pork was pretty tender and the egg was cooked just right with the yolk being a little runny. I was a little disappointed with the noodles. They weren't very eggy, chewy, and al dente.
For Madison, I would give the place 3 stars. It can't compare to NYC or California.
