  • I love working out at EOS, however, what i didnt like today was the way my family and myself were treated today by Sara. Yesterday we got set up for guest passes for my niece snd nephew who are in town. Today we all go in to work out to be rudely told by Sara "you cant have a guest" "you are silver and fit" ... its how rude and abrupt she said it. Not only did she treat us rudely, she sachted/waved her hand to us as if to dismiss us ... saying "I'll let you know what I decide" ... customer service is always great, except for her. Cant believe shes the area manager ... shame on EOS
