  • Seems to be a recurring theme that the owner/manager of this particular branch is rude to customers. The ONE star is for her attitude. Maybe she should read Yelp and get her act together. I love NBC, but the only one I have used is the one in 'Tukee. I'd advise that one if you want good, polite service. The Chocolate Chocolate Chip cake is AWESOME. And the Red Velvet is above decent, also. Prices are high, but worth it in taste. The food is 4.5 stars for sure.
