Ate dinner from the truck when it was at The Grist House. The line was long, and it was worth it. The base mac and cheese is creamy and delicious. The toppings are fun (although I thought mine was heavy on the bacon and light on the Brussels sprouts). They sell a larger and a smaller size. Plus there are side dishes like green salad and hand-cut French fries. And drinks. Totally worth $8 for the smaller and $10 for the larger. Next time I want to try the lump crab.
