  • I went to get a car wash on 9/19/14 @ 5:45 pm and the man comes out to tell me they were closed. To my knowlege this car washes close at 6pm & that's also what he told me when I asked to make sure, he continued to tell me that he couldn't wash a car in 10 minutes. I realize that this is probably true, but completely inconsiderate, unprofessional and no way to run a business. I have worked in customer service before & when the store, restaurant, or business closes at 10pm & someone comes in @ 9:58pm, we stay open with a smile on and provide good customer service. I am so upset and apalled at the disrespect that your employees have shown. I literally have never experienced such stupidity and disrespect in my life.
