  • This was the worst service ever. I sent a 300 dollar rug in to be cleaned. It was returned wrapped in brown paper with the ends exposed and a large dirt mark on the end. We had to call and have them come back a week later to pick up and clean the dirt mark. They were very rude about it. I then asked if something would be done for our inconvenience and they said yes. Today received a call from them about a delivery time tomorrow and when I asked if they would credit us something for the inconvenience they became snotty and said we cleaned the dirt mark what more do you want. They accused us of causing the mark in the first place. I am so disgusted with this company and would never recommend them to anyone. We never even unwrapped the rug and the dirt mark was clearly from the truck they delivered it in.
