  • I am close to finishing my first month at this Jabz studio. I have been very pleased with my experience so far! I am excited to continue my membership and get into even better shape. All of the women who work here are supportive and welcoming. They are good at explaining the stations and routines. They never made me feel like a slow learner, even when I asked very basic questions (like 'what is a burpee?'), or had to be shown how to do a station repeatedly. When I belonged to a traditional gym, I was rarely motivated to go. With Jabz, I am motivated to work out and work hard. I was surprised at what a good workout the classes are, to be honest! I have gotten better results working out here three times a week than I did with my old personal trainer. They are so welcoming here. I recommend giving this place a try if you're young or old, fit or out of shape. This place is for all body types, ages, and fitness levels. It was really fun and good for my brain to get out of my comfort zone and try something new. I have more energy and am happier when I do my Jabz workouts! I'm very happy to have found this place.
