  • I moved here on November 1st of 2014 and needless to say, I hate it, I don't feel safe, and it's an uninhabitable living environment. Roaches EVERYWHERE. Kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, patio, and one or two in the bedroom. Maintenance never responds. When I moved in, my refrigerator was broken for 3 weeks despite me calling everyday to ask what was going on. As soon as my fridge was finally replaced, my oven broke. Black smoke and all. Mind you, this happened the first time I used the oven ever. Crazy. Just like the fridge, it didn't get fixed for several weeks. The neighborhood is awful. Two night again, two different apartments on opposite sides of the complex had their windows broken out of their apartment. By who? I have no idea. Regardless, the neighborhood is unsafe. At the lease signing, you sign a sheet opting in for an extra charge to have pest control out there's EVERY WEEK. I've yet to see pest control since I move in and the roaches here at bad. About two weeks ago, someone pulled the fire alarm and lo and behold, the offices phone was disconnected and no one was in their when I went to the leasing office. Fantastic right? This complex is a joke. I don't know how they stay in business. And stout management, who manages this place, is a joke as well. This is no way to run a business. Needless to say, after he window situation two nights ago, I feel unsafe and I'm breaking my lease. Hope this helps.
