  • This hotel is large, spacious, the pool/hot tub/sauna were great. We rented a hotel room with 2 double beds for 4 people, the breakfast tickets we were given only covered one day of our stay which was a little annoying but that's alright. The breakfast spread was typical of hotels, muffins, scones, some bacon, sausage, a giant batch of scrambled eggs, fruit, some toast, pancakes, french toast, etc. It was fine, nothing to discuss. The hot tub was overfull so it wasn't very "bubbly" and more of just a warm bath with strangers. The beds were uncomfortable, but i still got rest. There was a wedding so the floor was loud as heck at night with guests drunkenly running amuck (not the hotels fault). There was no mii fridge, which is a basic amenity I sort of just expect every hotel to have, so that sucked because we had brought leftovers from dinner with us and they had to be tossed due to no fridge. The staff was helpful and friendly. The valet service was a nice touch albeit a little pricey. Overall I'd probably stay here if I were in the Cleveland area again.
