  • Buyer beware! We started a complete kitchen remodel July 1st and moving into December it's still not finalized. From the beginning the wrong cabinets were ordered because from their "design perspective" it's what would make more sense. Asking the customer would have made more sense! That was after paying for the kitchen up front. We were told crown moldings wouldn't look right. A microwave was nowhere to be found in their plans. They sent out ONE installer and obviously to complete a whole kitchen it takes more than one The cabinets were scratched and missing paint. The store manager and our kitchen designer have both moved on and the ball was dropped. This morning I called the new ACTING store manager and he had no idea what I was talking about so I called corporate, who just got the same manager on the phone. Such a waste of time. At this point I have boxes of unfinished kitchen laying around my house with no end in sight. Do NOT remodel through LOWES!!!!!!!!!
