  • First time attendee, my date and I definitely had a blast. The ambiance you see in the pictures are exactly how it is inside. The booths, seating areas and tables are spaced out well. As my partner says, it was like being in a SIMS game. Food: Bruschetta and Tuna Tartare for the appetizer. Full of flavor with every little bite. My date had filet mignon as I had the rib eye. She describes hers as "melts in your mouth" type of ordeal. I tried to savor my rib eye as much as I could, 12oz of medium rare goodness. The portions were really huge, judging off the other tables. We also had a bottle of wine to go with our meals. Ended the night with a Creme Brûlée, each. Too good to share. I will definitely be coming back to Sparklings. Waiters were very prompt and catering. It's not too casual nor too formal of a place to dine and wine. PS: The last star represents the piano covers of popular songs they play on a low tone throughout the restaurant. Nothing beats good food and good music!
