rev:text	My sister and I have been loyal to this place for the last few years and let me say we've never been so disappointed. We wanted gel manicures- I already had acrylic on, and my sister needed her gel removed. The gal I got spoke minimal English, so telling her what I wanted was USELESS! Thankfully we were able to sit together and the lady doing my sister's nails had to translate to my tech what I wanted. I wanted gold, burgundy and a little football laces painted on one nail for the new season. When she took off my gel polish she cut me 4 TIMES and actually made me bleed! "Oops, sorry" was all I got. I had to tell her to remove the design and start over 3 times! I showed her a picture and she still wanted to do it HER WAY! The polish was super sloppy, way too thick, and the gel top coat made them look really dull. When we paid my lady said "$25.00, do you want to tip?" I told her to ring it for $30.00. When she rung my sister up (same exact service) my sister told her she would give her lady cash for a tip. She proceeded to ring her for $30.00. I spoke up and asked why hers was $30 and mine was $25. David, the owner, was very rude and snapped at us and said "you got a manicure. It's $30!" Again, we've been going here for some time now and it's always been $25. If you raised your prices JUST SAY YOU RAISED YOUR PRICES!! Don't give me some BS about how your dumb ass tech over charged the other client and you don't want to own up to it. To make matters worse when we got home my sister's were so jagged at the edges that she had to file them down. NEVER coming here again. DONE!
