  • I just came in for a drug test. The hours listed on the door say 9-5. I came in at 12 and the door was locked. I saw someone at the front desk so I knocked to see why it was locked during business hours. She made eye contact with me several times then finally gets up after minutes of me standing there looking at her. She said "I am away at lunch until 1230 please don't pull on my door I am on the phone with a customer" I said "I am a customer too.. you could have came out here and let me know what was going on instead of leaving me out here" she said "don't you think people take a lunch?" No problem with taking a lunch lady but it is incredibly poor customer service to leave someone at the door locked during business hours and not tel them what's going on. She also let me know she doesn't have to argue with me and slammed the door in my face.So since it is posted no where for customers to see.. the incredibly abrasive don't desk woman goes on lunch from 12-1230 in case you are trying to get your drug test done in the middle of errands like I was. I already informed the company using this vendor of the situation and they said they will inform supervisors to look into using other vendors. If you are looking for a drug testing agency to use I would look elsewhere, for all other agencies I've used have been even a fraction more efficient and customer service forward
