  • I am warning everyone. Olen Living is incredibly unprofessional and dangerous. The property manager Louis Duve brought a man with a gun to my move out walk through that her and I scheduled. He was not wearing a badge and wouldn't identify himself so I know he was not law enforcement. I had my girlfriend and my 8 year old son with me at the time and I had to rush him to my neighbor's apartment next door to keep him safe as I did not know why a man carrying a gun was there. I can not believe that happened toy family and I pray it doesn't happen to anyone else anymore. Be careful if you decide to move in and be cautious moving out.
