  • I've been going to this ymca for 2 years and this facility has the least friendly and welcoming front desk. The front desk staff rarely acknowledge people coming in or out and today I watched a child run out the door and staff did nothing but watch (they weren't helping anyone at time). His mother was busy strapping another child into a stroller and had to chase the toddler to the road. During busy times there usually is a line of people at the front desk blocking the member check in and groups of people clog up the main entrance bc the front desk doesn't clear up space for members to swipe their card. Besides that, the kids gym staff are great and the class instructors are on time and friendly. Inside the faculty is clean but expect to see garbage outside along the sidewalk and parking lot. Small staff changes up front and picking up trash outside would make this place 5 stars.
