  • I bought a voucher off of Doozy of a Deal. Jason was nearly impossible to get ahold of. He does not answer calls and says to text him. But he doesn't respond to texts either. I finally was able to schedule an appointment and I called and texted the day of hours before the appointment time to confirm. He did not respond. I went to the appointment and could not get in the building. I called and text to let him know I was outside and I am pretty sure I saw Jason come out of the building, look right at me and get in his car. He then responded via text that I was 30 minutes late and considered a no show. I called Doozy of a Deal to get a refund and he said he had several complaints about the vendor and issued a credit. Do not waste your time here. Not a true professional!
