  • Worst mani/pedi I've ever had. I didn't even let the girl paint my nails. She didn't clean under nails, cuticle was not removed fully. It looked like I could have done this myself with one hand. Vicki is the manager and the employee said "she is never here, and that is the problem." I was charges as if she painted my nails but didn't. Lessoned learned and I will be sure to spread the word.
