If I could leave 0 stars I would, but yelp doesn't let you. Called here and waited for 16 minutes on hold to see if they had an rx in stock since my usual CVS pharmacy has lost their ability to fill my rx all of a sudden (out of stock, and the order didn't come in the next business day as promised, instead it took 5 days) . When the girl finally came to the phone she quickly told me they didn't have it in stock, I asked if she shows any of the CVS in the area having it at their store since mine didnt. She told me she couldn't check and I would have to call around to see. I know they can check, since the other pharmacy had already verified they could. It's really angering when a person refuses to help. After waiting 16 minutes, I realized that my time was not valued and she was unwilling to do anything. I would have asked for a manager but it's pretty clear CVS managers no longer care to give good customer service. I get it it's busy, but after waiting so long patiently on the phone I at least expect to be given good service and some help.
