| - The most unpleasant, frustrating massage. I get massages pretty regularly for the last 4+ years, and this was hands down the worst. My husband and I had some trouble finding this location since it's wedged in between residences and the South Park mall, but when we called 3 times 10 mins before our appointment, no one was picking up the phone to help us with directions. We were brought back to our massage rooms punctually after arriving and the therapists were very nice (I need to emphasize that the therapists were nice and respectful but the service provided was terrible), although neither even glanced in the direction of the intro forms we filled out just 2 minutes prior. I was coming in for a deep tissue and it's like no pressure was applied at all. No variation in technique, it was all up & down long slow strokes (what you'd expect for a Swedish Massage). My therapist Carlos used hot towels which I always love, but he overused them this session (couple on my back, my feet, my neck, and all scattered throughout the session). When the hot towels were removed, he used the now cold towels to wipe off excess lotion/oil which was just cold (despite the heated table, it felt like a mini sponge bath). At the end of my session, I noticed he had used citronella essential oil (which he didn't even mention at the start of the session that he would be using it), so I smelled like bug repellent and to top it off, I had a couple splatters of oil on my jacket that was on the chair in the corner from when he was moving around the table which now has to be dry-cleaned. Worst experience ever. I won't be returning to this location for any services.
