  • If I could give zero stars I would! RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! First, they tell you over the phone that they take your dental insurance and that they're running a "special" for x-rays and cleaning for just $49.00. I figure, ok, my insurance will pay for part of it and I will pay the rest. Well, my appointment was on a Saturday and my insurance office was closed for a verification of benefits. They front desk clerk assures me she'll call on Monday to verify my insurance and she also promises to call me that same day to let me know what's covered. I pay the $49.00 and wait for a call. By the next Saturday I still have no call back, so I call them. I'm told by a different front office person that I'll be called back in the afternoon, when the other person that took my insurance info and made me pay the full price comes in. I get the call and am assured that they owe me $28.00 and the dr will write a check, they don't credit your card, just a check! I wait ANOTHER week, no check. I call and am told they ran out of checks! As soon as they get new checks in, they'll mail it to me. Only now it's gone from $28.00 to $24.00. Then I get another call from the "office manager" and am told that they did me a "courtesy" by only charging $49.00, it's usually $89.00! Since my insurance only covered $29.00 of bill, they take that, charge me the $49.00 in addition and say there's no refund!! What a rip off place!! Plus, the cleaning was only half baked. STAY AWAY!!
