  • I have lived here for almost a year with my girlfriend and infant son. It's a pretty small apartment (one bedroom) and the walls are paper thin. We were given an apt next to the busy street, Gilbert and traffic is unbelievably loud. Maintenance are not all that either, we had multiple issues with our sink in the kitchen area and they only fixed one thing while the other problems were noticeably there. In the beginning of moving into our place we had multiple issues with the office staff but now that they've changed their staff recently we feel they're better at doing their job and caring about us residents. The property is clean, no problems with neighbors or randoms passing through, we keep our apt very clean all the time and haven't had issues with bugs at all, and haven't had to complain really. The only problems are the noisy traffic and maintenance can pick up the slack a little more. Overall it was a decent living environment. We will be leaving next month but that's only because we need a lot more space.
