  • Beware of getting any auto maintenance work at Terribles!! They have truly lived down to their name - TERRIBLE!! The service people that performed my last oil change admitted they messed up my oil plug. I then went to my my mechanic to repair the damage, and after a significant cost went back to TERRIBLE's for compensation. After submitting documentation and receipts for my expenses, here's the response I received from their staff: "there is no indication that Terrible Herbst caused what you have claimed due to a lack of evidence to investigate." In other words, TERRIBLE's does not stand behind their work! Again, BUYER BEWARE AT TERRIBLE'S!! G. TerBerg
