I thought I had eaten the most amazing steak - Cut in the Palazzo, Las Vegas (review to come) -until I had the pleasure of dining at Queue de Cheval last night.
Where to begin? Oh, how about the bone-in ribeye? C'est parfait!
Service? Incroyable!
Atmosphere? (Full disclosure - I usually dine at the bar) Jamais mieux.
Martinis? Froid et sec. Aux olives.
I met the owner who happened to be dining with friends at the bar. Classy guy, he runs a restaurant fantastique.
