  • Not happy, I called them on Tuesday for water heater problem; they scheduled me for Wednesday afternoon, called me 1 hr before scheduled time to let me know tech. will be late. After 1 hr called me again that tech cannot come but will come Thursday. So this tech showed up around 9:20 AM, checked the equipment (tankless water heater) and confirmed my diagnostics, a leaky heat exchanger. The parts are covered by manufacturer, ace plumbing initially wanted $1,445.00 to put them in, then came down to $1,000.00. The manufacturer gave me contact number of another certified plumber in Calgary, who agreed to put new parts for just $500.00. What a rip-off this company is, just wasted $82.95 for their dispatch fee.
