They do "okay" here. I keep it simple and only get a monthly mani/pedi with my natural nails. I will admit that when I get my nails done here, the color on my nails does not last nearly as long as when I do it myself (I don't do shellac). I typically bring my own color so it must be their topcoat. It seems to chip after just a couple of days...the staff seems nice and they do out an effort to make you feel pampered.
They offer a "spa/luxury" service here. This add-on is a hit-or-miss. It's supposed to be specifically to remove excess dead skin, but shouldn't that be included in a pedi anyway??? Usually it's a nice service because they use a soothing lotion and scrub. However, once I had one and didn't notice much difference in my heels. I told the tech when I returned the next time and she promised that if I tried it again there would be a noticeable difference. This time I watched her open a new callous file and certainly it made a difference. My gripe is that she had to be told. A patron should not be the one to inform of equipment failure in this type of establishment...
