  • So, I come into this location and the lady doesn't speak a word of English, so my wife translates for me. I simply wanted to find out how much they charged for taxes and how much would I get in my return. The woman tried explaining that I would get $2,000.00 back and said they would charge $200.00 for filing fee when originally they told me $100.00. Then while going through my paperwork she came up with 3 sets of different numbers I'd get back in my return lol. She didn't know what I would get back until I took my paperwork back and left! I am far from racist or being a jerk off to anyone, but wow this place beyond sucks and is a huge waste of valuable time. Specially when you can't speak English and can only assume the person in front of you came as a mistake, in which I came in hopes to see someone with brains!
