  • After my 4th trip in, Andre finally got it right. I gave him 3 watches. Change a battery, remove some links, and change a band. He had them for a month before I had to call to see if they were ready. There was no answer and he doesn't have voice mail. So I emailed. He responded they were ready. While the flu went through my house, my husband picked up the watches. He paid $52 for a battery change and link removal! He didn't change the band in the 3rd watch. It was on the receipt. So back in I went. Dropped it off, reminded him to change the band, asked if he would call me when it's done. This time he did. 4th trip in to pick it up, he tried to charge me. I showed him the receipt that it was already paid for and wasn't done. He never thanked me for my business or apologized for all the inconvenience he caused.
