  • OK, I'll start by explaining why the 3 stars. I've been a long time customer and purchased food, household items, etc. It's supposed to be a health food and natural store. Not so much! I've learned my lesson to ALWAYS read ingredients labels and don't trust brand names just because of the name (specifically Vitacost in this instance). Recently I was ordering jelly beans for my 3 years old daughter and was unpleasantly surprised by the products they had listed containing all chemical toxic colorings found in mainstream products. Of course when I submitted feedback for that item it was blocked and discarded. Since this is not the first time they screened my feedback out, I tend to believe they don't want negative feedback under products they sell, whether it's a real natural product or not so much. What a shame! Now the positive, most of the products have real natural value, priced competitively, shipping is very fast and I haven't had any problems with orders so far. I said most, not all! Bottom line is I would recommend this site to a friend but again, do not trust that all products are clean and truly natural, read all ingredients if you don't want to buy junk. Because they do sell junk also.
