  • HORRIBLE! !!! Rented 3 rooms for weekend. Walked into bar area last night where they were having a party. Kids were eating McDonalds. I walked into same area with my family and we had hotdogs and we're going to order a beer each. I was told we can't eat there and had to leave the area if we tried. I spoke with a woman who said she was the supervisor and if thats true thats very sad for this hotel. She told me we couldnt eat our own food near the bar area because it WAS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION!!! LMAO!!! I also asked for my room to be cleaned at 10 30 this morning. It's now 1 30 and I'm still waiting. I asked to speak with a manager. Aftert 30 mins I called again and asked again for the manager They sent over Keith the food and beverage Mgr. He said he was the only manager there. I invited him into the room to speak about what has happened. He looked at me and said "NAH IM GOOD! So i basically had to talk to him with the door open and its 107 degrees..by the way my family and kids were in the room..lol..what an embarrasment this guy was representing this hotel. He basically was very standoffish and really couldn't care less the issues I was having. Avoid this old rundown poorly managed place at all costs.
