  • I stoped by service Dept to get an oil change, I look for my service advisor Nate which I didn't find, when I ask a next advisor Carlos he informed me that Nate didn't like it here so he quit. I then ask if he recommend for me to change my oil on my truck even though I only had 2700 miles on the truck but it's 9 months old. He then said yes it's free anyway for your first oil change then he said "you bought your truck here right?" I said no, at this point he got up and walked outside to work on another car's paperwork didn't even say one more word. I told the man next to him " he didn't look interested to help me since I didn't buy my truck here" he couldn't believe Carlos just got up and walked away and tried to apologize when I told him thanks but I'm going to Sanderson Ford where they have taking care of customers for over 50 years. Don't take my word, look at the rating this place is getting, I would avoid going there unless you have to and if you do stay away from Carlos.
