My mistake - gullibility...I believed they were there to repair my car. Yes, but first and foremost SSCJD is there to make money. Their Mistake -not believing this little old lady would fight back.
"We have done a FREE inspection of your car." Right. After 4 more days of repairs somehow that FREE inspection ended up costing me way more than my original issue.
I enlisted the help of a friend who is a former car dealer and after much negotiation the service manager came up with a satisfactory (albeit still expensive) deal. Thus the 2 stars for service and 1 star for the terrific shuttle lady.
AZ definitely needs more consumer protection legislation. Also, I suggest customers go into dealerships with a well thought out plan and stick to it.
