  • I would've given it a 5 if it was just based off the food. The food was delicious, no complaints about the food at all. The service was HORRIBLE, absolutely horrible. We waited about 15 minutes to even get acknowledged. They gave one of us tea instead of lemonade and waited about 10-15 minutes for them to bring us the lemonade. One of the people in my group only ordered Mac and Cheese. We all received our food but they didn't bring her Mac and cheese. We waited another 15 minutes and asked three different people for the Mac and cheese before receiving it. Also, two of the guests had a side of red beans that was not brought out with their meal. We asked all three employees at least 2-3 times for their red beans and rice. Finally one order was brought out but not the other. So then we had to wait even longer for the second order to come out. This was after asking another 2-3 times about the red beans. If I ever eat here again, I'll see about calling ahead and ordering for takeout. Like I said, the food was delicious.. I ordered the vegetable plate and it was amazing. The service just made this a miserable experience though.
