  • WARNING! DO NOT STAY HERE. Yes, the decor is very cool. Yes, it has a rough unkempt dankness that adds to the ambience. Not worth it. Rude, belligerent customer service. We called three days in a row confirming an early check in because we were getting married. We paid extra for it. The day we show up to check in, they've allowed another guest in the room to book a late check out. They offered no resolution and then charged us anyway. They do not provide earplugs which is a problem, considering the music blasting every weekend literally sounds throughout the hotel as though it's coming from the room next door. Bonus: it lasts until 7am each morning! Zero breakfast options and no coffee. Literally go anywhere but here. Oh and by the way, see photo for what was on our bed in the most expensive room they have (when we finally were able to check in).
