| - Yelp made me put a star on this, but it is undeserved. No star is the best way I can convey my disgust with this lousy business. I just walked my laundry about 8 blocks to this dump, and one door was locked, the other one open. I opened it and the very rude man shouted "Closed" at me. Mind you, it was 4:30 p.m. on a Monday. I asked what time they close tomorrow, he said, "8:30". Then I asked, " I couldn't do ONE LOAD, could I?" "No, we've got to go." He offered no explanation, and I didn't bother to ask why.
This is the 3rd or 4th time that I walked down there with my laundry and had to turn right around and walk back, because for no reason, they were closed. But this was the first and last time that man refused to let me wash the one load of laundry I had. He might as well post a sign out front that reads, "Even if the doors aren't locked, we don't really want your business."
Before leaving, I checked their website. It says that they are open until 8:00 p.m.
There is no change machine, and the vending machine is "Out Of Order", like the man who works there. I thought I should tell the public about it, and recommend that we in this neighborhood boycott Laundryland at Northgate.
I have been a regular, weekly customer, and if this is how they show their appreciation, they can just go...OUT OF BUSINESS!
