  • The facial was amazing & my technician, Mary Ann did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. I have been to most of the major resorts in the valley and the service was one of the best. That being said, I was disappointed with the facilities. I was with 7 friends and we found that to use the pool we had to leave the spa & walk to another part of the hotel. We also had to walk from the spa to a restaurant to eat lunch. Most of the spas that we have been to have their own pool & the ability to serve lunch in the spa/pool area. The fact that it was a rainy day (yes, it does happen in Phoenix) did not make the the experience for a day trip to the spa any better when you have to walk outside to your destination.
