My first time going to Plato's closet in years. First, they told me it would be 25 minutes for them to tell me the value of my clothes. I brought in 3 bags of clothes that are too big now (yay for weight loss). I show back up there 25 minutes later and she says it'll be another 25 minutes because they're busy. When I come back, Breanne there was very apologetic. She was extremely personable and courteous as we chatted about how neither of us are from Pittsburgh and various other topics. I was offered $57 and some change for 17 articles of clothing, most of which were from Express (which is pretty expensive). Needless to say, I was highly disappointed. I took the money as I look ridiculous in those clothes now and I don't need them anymore. I expected just a lil bit more money. That, combined with the long wait time is why I give it 2 stars. If you have clothes you aren't ever going to wear, I guess it would be worth it to trade them in for pennies on what you paid. Hopefully, you'll be served quicker than I was. 1 hour there is just too long. Breanne is also why I gave it 2 stars. Her customer service was outstanding and masked some of the disappointment from the lack of funds received.
