  • *** FAV THEME BAR in the CITY *** I always tell people to come here if they want to try something different and interesting. What I love about this place is the drinks! One sip and you feel like you're on the beach. I am so impressed by how much effort the team at this bar have put into the decor. From the bamboo, to the fun glassware, to the wooden masks, old school beach movies, you really forget that you're in Parkdale. The food is excellent. I particularly love the Teriyaki Broccoli. Favourite drink is the Pain Killer. Majority of the drinks are rum based, but if you flip the menu over onto the other side there are many more beach-y drinks that are not rum based. I only just discovered that a couple weeks ago. Every other Monday night is burlesque night which is fun and different. I think it's great to experience something different however after a little while it comes a little awkward and we felt bad if we didn't watch and if we did watch we didn't want to stare for too long. The girls were very talented though! Definitely check it out. Always a good time!
