| - I used my DD mobile app to order two sandwiches: Bacon, Egg & Cheese on a bagel, and a Sausage, Egg & Cheese on a croissant in advance to be picked up ASAP.
Arrived through the drive-through, and let the attendant know that we were picking up a mobile order. Drove up to the window, and the lady behind the counter repeats the amount "due" even though it's already paid through the mobile app, although she did quickly apologize, it didn't help that our order was not made in advance, and they seemed to have trouble finding it. So what should've been a quick pick up order to go, ended up with us just waiting by the window for the sandwiches to be made and warmed up.
The bacon, egg and cheese bagel I had was not cooked evenly, with one side much more burnt and the other side without the cheese fully melted. Overall, the breakfast bagel sandwich was mediocre at best, and disappointing given the whole ordering experience. The hash browns were cooked well, but a lot of the pieces were stuck together and I would have to pull the pieces apart.
My wish, if I do decide to give mobile ordering and/or this DD a try again, is for the ordering process to be more streamlined and for mobile orders to be prepped and ready for pick up faster in the future. Also, for the food to be prepped better as well.
