  • I called ahead of time because I had two large pieces of baby equipment in my car and they said they would look at them on the spot because they don't allow drop offs for large pieces. I literally arrived 8 min later and the lady said it would be 25 min cause she had someone that had been waiting a long time already. It was 9:15am and they opened at 9am. I explained that I literally just called and they said they would look at it right away and she said "nope sorry!" I also explained that I had 3 sleeping kids in the car and they made me sit and wait for 25 min! Not impressed with the service.
